The enforcement of mask wearing was not consistent, as one guest noticed a burly fellow not wearing a mask in the lounge area.

The hotel is in a good and excellent location within a department store. It is very close to shopping locations and the amusement park. - the room we booked was attractive, neat, and as described, with the TV located far from the bed. - the WiFi and bathroom amenities were also as expected.

We found everything great, recommend it to family. The breakfast was warm and there was a huge variety of GOOD food. Greatly enjoyed our room that was not been cleaned properly the wifi did't work and available with TV, the bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the PHL airport, shopping malls, restaurants, and a gas station next door and a department store.

During our stay, we were delighted by the cleanliness and comfort of the spacious room. The breakfast area was well-maintained and offered a variety of options. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere on the top floor, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the pillows not being as comfortable as we would have liked and the intermittent internet connectivity, these did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

honeymoon exceeded expectations. loved the lobby snacks and beverages, even though not a fan of chardonnay. friendly staff, big shower, no bedbugs, and plenty of space. family gatherings in breakfast area. close to everything. didn't have breakfast but appreciated the option.

The hotel's facilities, specifically the pool, were not in working order, which was not communicated beforehand and left us disappointed. This stay did not meet the expectations we normally associate with the Hilton brand and Hampton Inn locations.
